Getting Started

Are you tired of your same old workout routine? It's time to stop making excuses.  Join us now and take your first step to being exactly who you want to be! 

 

Step 1: Email us to schedule a private introductory meeting with one of our coaches. 

 

Following your intro, one of our experienced coaches will give you a full explanation of how to sign up and become a part of our CrossFit Addison family! 

 

Step 2: Once you have signed up, we provide Personal Fundamental classes with someone from our coaching staff.

 

These classes are required and give you all of the major tools for success! From nutrition to movements/technique, addressing how you move individually to soreness & mobility these 1:1 classes are tailor made for you and meant specifically to excel your personal fitness goals.
